Tantrum Tamer This blend soothes and reassures when your child feels something building. Also use pre-emptively twice daily for less melt downs and for emotions surrounding any separation difficulties between you and your child.
Help Blend For all manner of things - fear, worry, shock, sadness, grief. Give after any tantrums, nightmares, night terrors, night waking or distress.
Slow Down For helping to slow down and settle, great for emotional support of scattered thinking and erratic behaviours and busy kids that need help winding down. Great for over-stimulation or hyperactivity.
Sweet Dreams Mist 100ml
Sweet Dreams Mist gives you the vibrational shifting power of flower essences combined with the healing potential and therapeutic aroma of essential oils.
Sweet Dreams mist will help create a different energetic space to connect with the subconscious mind and switch off from the conscious thoughts. Creates a peaceful environment to help induce more quality rest overnight. Wonderful for kids and adults as part of the bedtime routine.
Dosage for ages 2 and up - 7 drops twice daily. Use 1-2 blends (the ones you think are most important at the time) in this way and then use the others on an 'as needed' basis.
Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
