Meet Alisha

Hi, I’m Alisha, the woman behind Naughty Naturopath Mum.

I started this business because I saw firsthand how overwhelming family life can be — and how much emotional load lands on us mums.

We’re the feelings keepers, the peacekeepers, the ones who absorb everyone’s meltdowns while trying to hold it all together.

Wild Flower Essences changed everything for my family.

They helped my kids feel calmer, supported me through stress and burnout, and gave us simple rituals that made the hard days easier and the good days even sweeter.

I created NNM so you could experience that same emotional support in your home — without needing a degree in naturopathy or a spare hour for self-care (lol, what even is that?).
