Essential Mum Pack

Better value than buying them separately.

Somewhere between the school runs, the washing and the 47th snack request, you stopped being "you" and became just "Mum". You love them to bits, but you miss her: the woman with her own wants, needs and spark.

These two blends are for all those adulting and parenting feelings, and for helping you feel more like yourself again.

• Mumma Magic – the mother of all blends. For overwhelm, mum guilt, worry and the weight of being everyone's everything. For inner calm, confidence and direction.
• Mojo – for getting your mojo back in more ways than one. For confidence, self-worth, letting go of expectations and feeling like you again.

Take both together: 7 drops of each twice a day and whenever needed. Pop them in your water bottle, or 20 drops into a full bath as your own calming ritual.

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (they can even go in the fridge in summer) and try not to let the dropper touch the mouth, to keep your blends at their best.

For a new mum, a tired friend or yourself. Especially yourself.
