This flower essence blend brings out the positive qualities within you, your self esteem, self love and self confidence. Wonderful if past events have made you feel less about yourself and helps to release these perceptions. Helps to increase our indifference to the judgement of others. Helps with public speaking also.

Great for children who are nervous in new situations or feel they aren't as good as everyone else. This blend is also useful for children who have been exposed to bullying or victimising circumstances.
Dosage for ages 2 and up - 7 drops twice daily and/or as needed. Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)

I bought Self Love specifically for my teen son. He was having self esteem and confidence issues. He has been taking them daily for 3 weeks now and within that time he applied for a weekend job and got it! Even though I seriously thought he probably wouldn't as he is very shy. My 7 year old grandson was struggling at school He was withdrawing into himself becoming sullen, not interacting with his peers. Coming home from school very unhappy and angry.
