Truth Flower Essence

The meeting where you had a great idea but stayed quiet. The conversation where you said "it's fine" when it really wasn't. Your ideas, your creativity and your opinions deserve to be heard.

Truth is for finding your voice. It's for speaking up for yourself and others, expressing your feelings clearly, and sharing your gifts with the world.

"I communicate my truth clearly, with ease and grace."

• You find it hard to speak up or say no
• Feelings get stuck and you can't find the words
• You're preparing for a big conversation or presentation
• You want to express yourself more creatively

For kids who find it hard to say how they're feeling, shy kids who struggle to speak up in class, or anyone working on show-and-tell nerves. A lovely confidence boost before school presentations.

Ages 2 and up: 7 drops twice a day and whenever needed. Pop 7 drops into a drink bottle, or 20 drops into a full bath as a calming ritual.

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (they can even go in the fridge in summer) and try not to let the dropper touch the mouth, to keep your blends at their best.
