Rushing out the door. Snapping at everyone. Mind chatter on a loop. Every square on the calendar filled and not one of them says "me". Sound familiar?

Slow Down is for that wound-up, rushed, can't-sit-still feeling, for you and for the kids. It's about making room to breathe, unwind and find a bit of inner peace again.

"I give myself permission to slow down."

You're over-committed with no time for yourself
Everyone's impatient, irritable and rushing
Your mind won't stop chattering and worrying
The kids are bouncing off the walls after a big day

Some kids have one speed: flat out. Then the big day catches up with them and it all spills over at dinnertime. Slow Down is for those moments when they need to shift gears. Use it before and after birthday parties, play dates, sport and school, before meeting new people, and on those wild afternoons when they're bouncing off the walls. Pop 7 drops in the school drink bottle so the after-school crash feels a bit gentler for everyone.

Ages 2 and up: 7 drops twice a day and whenever needed. Pop 7 drops into a drink bottle, or 20 drops into a full bath as a calming ritual.

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (they can even go in the fridge in summer) and try not to let the dropper touch the mouth, to keep your blends at their best.

Slow Down Mist. Get both in the Slow Down Duo for better value. For bedtimes, team it with Sweet Dreams in the Wind Down Pack.

Made by Alisha, a qualified naturopath and mum, with 12+ years and 50,000+ families behind her. Free shipping over $99. Afterpay available.

Vibrational infusion of water and flowers: Brown Boronia, Pink Fairy Orchid, Rose Cone Flower, Hairy Yellow Pea, White Nymph Waterlily, Australian neutral cane ethanol (trace amount as preservative).

For All Stages Of Life

Years ago when my kids were little I happened upon this store and these blends. Sweet Dreams was a favourite for all of us at bed time, Help was amazing for a little one emergency (or mum emergency), and Slow Down and Let It Go was what I needed.
Now we use the Teenager blend and my kids use Slow Down when they feel as if they're stuck in the stream of life with no way to rest. Of course, Sweet Dreams is still here as well. I'm so glad that no matter what time of life we're in, there is honestly something here for us at all stages.

This is so beautiful, thank you for sharing We love hearing that our blends have supported your family through so many different seasons of life. It means the world to know they’ve had a place in your home for so long. Thank you for being part of the NNM family

After seeing positive changes in a friends son who was using Slow Down I decided to give it a go for my always fast moving little man. I was sceptical if I saw a difference but when his kindy teacher sent me a message that her and one of her assistants had noticed quite a change in his ability to clam himself and be less impulsive we were all pleased.

This is such wonderful feedback — thank you for sharing! We love that you gave Slow Down a try after seeing changes in your friend’s little one, and even more that his kindy teacher has noticed the difference too! What a beautiful step for him, and such a win for you both.

Lovely blend

I take slow down and focus together, it makes a huge difference to my racing neurodiverse mind. I can actually function as an adult most of the time on this!

Thank you so much for your review!
We're so happy to hear that the Slow Down Wild Flower Essence and Focus Wild Flower Essence are both supporting you to help calm the mind and assist with day-to-day processing!
We love these 2 blends - and along with Help WildFlower Essence Blend - they feature in our discounted Mind-Full Pack.

slow down!!

I have used the slow-down essence as part of our nighttime routine. My 8-year-old daughter asks for it (when I sometimes forget). It helps her prepare for bedtime and complements her sleep time essence. We tend to use it before showering and before the bedtime routine starts. It works great for her by relaxing her mind and helping her respond better to instructions at that nightmare hour. Very happy with the results so far and will continue to use the slow down essence for a long time.

Hi Tahlia,
Thanks so much for your review!
We're so glad to hear the Slow Down Blend is really helping your daughter with her bedtime routine.
And it's such a great combination with Sweet Dreams Blend.

Slow down Essence = Amazing

Omg where do I even start, I love this so much. My little boy struggles of an afternoon to "slow" down so we do alot of breathing exercises here at home but being at school is a little harder as I'm not there to help but where as these drops wow, they literally help him slow down. I put 7 drops of the slow down in his water bottle and sure enough he is getting more positive feedback from teachers rather than heaps of negatives so that's a plus. I can't recommend this product enough love love it

That's so good to hear the Slow Down Blend is working so well for your son.
We love how it supports our little ones at school, when they're out of their usual environment, with all of those racing thoughts and the need to rush.
Thanks so much for review!

Game Changer!

My 6 year old has been using slow down for over 3 months now and it just gets better by the day! His mind is just calmer and not jumping from one thing to the next. He responds and reacts better to instructions without arguing. It is really as if this emotion had built up for a long time and was stuck. It has definitely moved and revealed a happier kid. Totally amazing!

Thanks so much for your feedback E.T!
That's so good to hear your son is feeling better and better with the Slow Down Flower Essence Blend .
