Grounding Flower Essence

Although I have used these flower essences for years now and been amazed by the results for some reason the I believed the chakra blends were a little too woo woo. Despite this, I eventually gave the grounding blend a go. Initially things were a bit out of sorts but after approx 5 days I noticed a big change. I felt a sense of calm and security. I was emotionally stable. I highly recommend this product - especially to other sufferers of anxiety/depression.

Suffering from bad panic attacks and anexity while pregnant this product has saved my life. I am able to get up in the morning and not have that feeling that I can't do anything. I combined this product with help and this has worked well. I have my life back again and my head feels so much clearer. I am back to being myself. Some days are better than others but as long as I keep my drops up I can have my life back.

I recently purchased grounding as I had been feeling all over the place.

very interesting, i have been taking help as i get very worked up and stressed at work and it helped me stay much more relaxed...but have been taking the grounding root chakra with slow down, and nothing else and have been so relaxed and calm that i am amazed at the difference....this will be my new go to i think.....
