This flower essence blend is all about helping you let go of issues that are harming your relationship with yourself and others. Fantastic for any times of confusion, turmoil and disharmony in your life and relationships. Good for parent-child bonding issues or problems with your partner, family members or social circle.

Took advantage of a great special offer on the "Let It Go" essence, and coupled it with this "Release & Unwind" essence, to continue building my collection with options which support a sense of inner balance, calm, and general wellbeing. For me, "releasing, unwinding, and letting stuff go" are key areas that can use all the extra help I can give to them, as I tend toward overthinking things. Still hard to put my finger on it, but there is a real feeling of support and self-care in the intentional use of these essences, in a slow and gentle, but definite way. Consistency is key. These are helpful additions. Thank you!

Finding Calm After the Storm

This essence has been such a powerful support during a really challenging ti=

Been going through a messy time in my life and I seem to have the most trouble at night when trying to settle down for the evening. Last night something strange happened.
