This flower essence blend is fantastic for the adolescent and pre-teen years to assist with the feelings that hormonal changes bring up. Dosage 7 drops twice daily and/or as needed. Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)

Amazing!!

I was initially hesitant that this product was working for our teenage son until he ran out of them!! Helps us everyday

Grateful Children

My children (and I) are grateful for these little drops of bliss. They help both my children stay calm and connected and help them express themselves and their needs. They take them morning and night and are happy to take them as they know they are clarifying. They are not having lows through the day, they can express their emotions in a more relaxed and connected way and they are able to ask for help and support when they need it. They are not crashing in lows with hormonal fluxes as much anymore and they are able to reach out for support. That is huge! Very grateful for my kids to have this.

Goodbye mood swings

I have been using this for my teens which has been great, put it in their water and they are none the wiser, I recently seen a specialist who administered their blend of essence for pre adolescence and I thought I’d try the teenager blend for myself. There is no question that these drops work, and they make a HUGE difference! We have a routine where I keep a bottle of Teenager in the car, and my teen takes them on the way to the school bus, and on the way home from the bus. Now that we've been on school holidays for a couple of weeks, we've been out of that routine and oh-my-goodness, I was wondering what had happened to my child!
