Teenager - for the adolescent and pre-teen years to assist with feelings surrounding changes and the effect these have. It assists with enhancing communication, the ability to cope with great changes and self-esteem.
Help - to help centre and bring you back to your body when your energy is scattered due to shock, panic, fear, distress and feeling upset
Let It Go -all about helping you let go of issues that are harming your relationship with yourself and others. Fantastic for any times of confusion, turmoil and disharmony in your life and relationships.
Focus - assists with clearer thoughts and staying on task when working, speaking, reading or studying or anything that requires your full attention. It balances the intuitive and cognitive processes and helps integrate ideas and information.
Use the two most important blends for your teen or tween at the time morning and night and use the other blends on an 'as needed' basis. They will take 7 drops of each blend.
Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!

Loving this pack. My two terrors are much nicer to each other and to me. I've been using the focus drops as well and find that it's helped me a lot too at work.
What a difference this is making! I am on my 2nd Teenager Pack now and it is helping my Master 11 (pre-teen and neurodiverse) immensely with slowing down the brain and also being able to focus. This was the missing natural balance we needed additional to his medication to last through that afternoon/evening session.
