This flower essence blend is fantastic for the adolescent and pre-teen years to assist with the feelings that hormonal changes bring up. Dosage 7 drops twice daily and/or as needed. Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)

There is no question that these drops work, and they make a HUGE difference! We have a routine where I keep a bottle of Teenager in the car, and my teen takes them on the way to the school bus, and on the way home from the bus. These drops are amazing my son who is 12 soon to be 13 started these over a week ago and the change ive seen in him is great no yelling no moods and his sleep is getting better. He even reminds me to give the drops to him I love them.
