Purified water, Australian neutral cane ethanol, plant based natural solubiliser, Australian wild flower essences of Black Kangaroo Paw, Cape Bluebell, Dampiera, Donkey Orchid, Illyarrie and essential oils of Lime, Patchouli, Pink Grapefruit and Cinnamon.
I brought this mist for myself to try and let things go in life and it definitely works. I spray it on myself during the day or when I have negative energy around me. My kids also like it before they head off to school. They tell me it makes them have a good day and they smell nice. Usually I use the NNM blended essences and have only used one other Flower Essence Mist before. But I'm so glad I bought and used this one! I felt the mist would be a gentle option to support me in releasing things that were weighing me down and holding me back. At the same time I was working with a practitioner to release physically, so I loved noticing how everything worked together. I spritzed this mist daily, sometimes twice daily (in the morning after a shower and in the evening before bed) usually in our bedroom and a couple of other rooms in the house, so both my partner and I could move more into the here and now. Such an effective way to support letting go which can be challenging for many of us human beings. Thanks once again NNM for a wonderful creation - highly recommend!

I total use this mist several all times a day As I get anxious going in car out off my comfort zone I also use when I care for a elderly friend that has dementia and hearing the same things over puts me on edge so I always have handy it’s does the trick
