Sizes: Small (30ml drops + 30ml mist) or Large (50ml drops + 100ml mist).

Ages 2 and up: 7 drops in the late afternoon and before bed. Spritz the mist around the bedroom and over the pillow before lights out. The mist is NOT for oral use.

Restful

I purchased this after using the female blend that my daughter got me for Christmas and the let it go blend my friend let me try . I love the mist that I spritz around the bedroom just before getting in for my nightly reading session. I use the drops as I come in from work and then just as I’m heading to bed. My nights have been calmer and more restful. I encouraged my husband to try but unfortunately he wasn’t helped, but he still benefits from the room mist!

Helps so much

My 12 year old daughter struggles to sleep, started using the drops years ago and they are amazing. Recently we ran out and I noticed she was struggling again, getting up four or five times at night (it was like having a new born again). Ordered some more drops and the mist and she is taking the drops and spraying the mist every night , she’s back to sleeping really well and the mist makes her room smell amazing. Thank you x

Sweet Dreams duo

I’m not one to ever write reviews, but I am extremely impressed with sweet dreams. My children have always taken a long time to settle down at night, but since using the sweet dreams duo I’ve noticed a huge improvement.
The mist creates a lovely sense of relaxation in the room which helps my children relax into sleep easily and my son asks for his ‘night drops’ every night.
