Spritz the car on the way home from school, or the lounge room after a party or play date, when everyone needs to shift gears.

Gently shake and mist 3–4 sprays into the air above your head and let the mist settle over you, or mist in front of you and walk through it. You can also spray it around living areas, bedrooms, the car, offices and classrooms.

Because of the essential oils, our mists are very different to our flower essence drops and are NOT for oral use.

Although this mist contains very low levels of Clary Sage (<0.5% essential oil), always speak to your health care provider when pregnant and using Clary Sage.
