Help spray

This is the best product ever! I use it to help me go back to sleep if I wake through the night, n I is great if I need some help throughhe day. It also works well to calm my dog, and my friends dog too! Just love it!

Happy Kids

My kids both love the help mist and ask for some “happy spray” daily, usually before school and in the evening. I can see a difference especially in my son approaching tweens who worries alot.

Fabulous help!

My 13 year old struggles intermittently with issues at night time. When this becomes an issue she worries about bedtime and gets herself worked up into a panic state which usually ends up in tears and everyone staying up until the small hours of the morning.
From the first night using this mist she settled and was able to easily fall asleep, and while she still worries about going to bed there have been no tears or late nights filled with panic, so everyone in the house is sleeping better. This mist is now part of the bedtime routine for all of us!

A breath of fresh air

I have a 6 week old baby girl and a 3.5yo boy and I have been using the Help mist almost daily. I love breathing in the beautiful scent which calms me in times of emotional distress (which are many at the moment!).

Hi Alisha,
Recently purchased the help mist from the range. I have been looking at it for quite sometime now. I can tell you i am glad i decided to buy it as it is fantastic ! During the day if my son is in the beginnings of a meltdown i give a few sprays in the room and it brings him back down to being calm and dealing with his feelings in a better way. Rather than an outburst of rage .. Cannot praise your products enough !!!

Helps calm me down

I have been dealing with a health issue for a few months and my mind and emotions are taking me for a ride sometimes. I spray the Help mist in the air and walk under it and within 10 minutes I am more relaxed. It's like a hug from the universe to settle me.
