Cravings Control supports the emotions associated with suppression and breaking bad habits. This blend will help you do what you know is best for your mind and body by allowing you to process emotions and act on your intuitive knowledge instead of reactionary behaviour.

Dosage for ages 2 and up - 7 drops twice daily and as needed. Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)

I need to buy another, I recently brought it to stop snacking so much at work, coffees, snacks etc and its been really effective even stopped my afternoon coffee craving, which has been a good thing. I need another for home to stop night time snacking too.

I purchase a number of products from Naughty Naturopath Mum, but this is the first time I've tried the Cravings Control. So far, I am super happy with it. The minute I feel like snacking on something sugary, I use the drops and they work! Like other reviewers before me, the afternoons and evenings are the worst times, but this is definitely taking away the cravings. Another fantastic product that actually works :)
