Sometimes it's a struggle to get kids to 'calm down and unwind' at night, with so much activity and learning during the day, children don't know how to commence the process of relaxing at night as their brain is still switched on. Sweet Dreams will assist with relaxing and switching off prior to bedtime.
Blend - Dosage for ages 2 and up - 7 drops in the late afternoon and again just before bedtime (or nap time). Can also be used when waking in the night.
Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!
Mist - Use around yourself and the bedroom and it can even be sprayed onto pillows. Sweet Dreams mist will help create a different energetic space to connect with the subconscious mind and switch off from the conscious thoughts. Wonderful for kids and adults as part of your bedtime routine and enjoy the calming scents of Lavender, Chamomile & Bergamot.
Sweet Dreams Blend: Vibrational infusion of water and flowers: Brown Boronia, Hops Bush, Yellow Boronia, Golden Waitsia, Happy Wanderer, Australian neutral cane ethanol (trace amount as preservative).
Sweet Dreams Mist: Purified water, Australian neutral cane ethanol, plant based natural solubiliser, Australian wild flower essences of Brown Boronia, Hops Bush, Yellow Boronia, Golden Waitsia, Happy Wanderer and essential oils of Lavender, Chamomile & Bergamot.
My 12 year old daughter struggles to sleep, started using the drops years ago and they are amazing. Recently we ran out and I noticed she was struggling again, getting up four or five times at night (it was like having a new born again). I’m not one to ever write reviews, but I am extremely impressed with sweet dreams. My children have always taken a long time to settle down at night, but since using the sweet dreams duo I’ve noticed a huge improvement.
The mist creates a lovely sense of relaxation in the room which helps my children relax into sleep easily and my son asks for his ‘night drops’ every night.

Super impressed with our recent purchase of sweet dreams duo pack. Our nine year old son has woken a few times each night since forever.
