Ages 2 and up: 7 drops twice a day and whenever needed. Lovely when travelling, before you leave and once you arrive. Pop 7 drops into a drink bottle, or 20 drops into a full bath as a calming ritual.
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (they can even go in the fridge in summer) and try not to let the dropper touch the mouth, to keep your blends at their best.
