Relaxing and Calming Spray Mist

I really love the beautiful floral sweet dreams mist spray. Once sprayed over my head and around my bed at night prior to sleep I feel relaxed and calm even serene! I also love spraying it in front of me and walking through it like you would a perfume. It's such a lovely floral scent with all the wonderful flower essences combined. Use it in combination with the Sleep flower essence for an even better result.

Such a beautiful scent

I bought Sweet Dreams Mist for my kids and loved the smell so much that I stole it from their room one night …. and haven’t given it back! It’s now a permanent part of my own nighttime ritual, such a beautiful and calming scent to drift off to sleep with. I’ll have to buy another Mist soon to put back in my kids bedroom 😉

The absolute best

I have been using drops for my neurodivergent teen for 3 yrs or more now but slacking in writing a review., sorry, life is busy!!

We moved to Norway in 2021 and I stocked up before I left as I didn’t want to be without them. Such a difference in focus, calm and happiness.

I have now returned to Perth and first job was to order. I had a real emotional pull to order the mists for myself and they are so so lovely. My spidey senses and menopause just needed them.

I am going to order some for my theta healing friend in the UK too to introduce her to the Aussie traditional herbs.

Long review but needed to be done now as Alisha deserves the recognition. Love your full moon blogs too as it causes havoc in our house 😂.

lovely spray

I use this mist mainly on my pillow at night, as I often do not get a sound sleep.
