This blend assists in dealing with cyclical emotional changes. It will help you to feel more at ease and provides an uplifting and restorative energy.

Dosage for ages 2 and up is 7 drops twice daily and/or as needed. Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!

I have found a severe calm in my emotions throughout the month while using this product. Im usually a very emotional person throughout the months. Different times of month can mean more emotion and feeling like I just want to cry or hate the world but since using this product which I first bought in the smaller bottle I then got the larger bottle as I could feel myself being more regulated. I love this product and use it day and night.. I havn't been buying these for long but after I felt a change in myself with this one I bought other ones to suit my child. Although im still trying to find the right fit for him I am super happy. Would highly recommend.

I've only recently discovered flower essence blends and I am so glad I stumbled across Alysha and Naughty Naturopath Mum. Have been diffusing essential oils for many years and in my diy cleaning products as I prefer the non synthetic and natural scents and the many benefits that essential oils provide to both myself and my family.
Well now thanks to Alysha I can also safely digest flower essences for further physical and emotional health benefits. As a 54 year old woman I'm finding my mental, physical and emotional state can be erratic at times. Since taking the Female Flower Essence (the recommended 7 drops in my water bottle daily) I feel a little more balanced, calm and settled. It's only been a couple of weeks but I am interested to see the results from taking the essence over a longer period of time.
