The Mind-Full Pack contains the much needed flower essence remedies to support emotions at school or at home and helps make life, learning and coping with a full mind just that little bit easier!

This pack is suitable for all ages of people who struggle with staying on task, behavioural difficulties, not paying attention, erratic behaviour and regulating

Focus Blend: To help with learning and staying on task. Use before school, study time, homework, assignments and exams

Slow Down: For helping soothe and settle, great for emotional support of scattered thinking and erratic behaviours

Help: This flower essence blend can help centre and bring you back to your body when your energy is scattered due to fear or distress

Take 7 drops of Slow Down and Focus twice daily, morning and afternoon, and use Help on an 'as needed' basis when feeling upset

Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!

Life Changing!!

I hope you read this and this gives you the confidence to try the blends.

We have used the mindful pack (coping and learning) and we have seen a drastic change in our Son. We have had the teachers contact us to ask what have we been doing at home as he is a different kid.
Our son is so grateful and asks for his drops daily as he love’s how he is feeling. I will forever be thankful for the support our son has received. We have been to many appointments trying to figure out what was happening and why. (We have spent $6k on appointments and tests and all they suggested was to TRY Ritalin without a ADHD diagnosis)

Still hoping

I have been using Slow Down and Focus for a few weeks and there has been no effect whatsoever.

Thanks so much for letting us know how have responded so far. It can definitely take time for all the elements we are hoping to see to come into play. Our energy body has several layers and it’s like peeling an onion and working on one layer at a time almost like a domino effect which works on many different areas. Often where we want to see change the most, is the last change we see as it’s been at play for a while and can take longer to shift.
