Focus Blend To help with learning, concentration and memory. Use before homework, assignments and exams or daily if there are any concentration issues.

Help Blend For all manner of things - fear, worry, shock, sadness, grief. Use after any tantrums, nightmares, night waking or distress.

Slow Down Blend For helping calm and settle, great for emotional support of scattered thinking and erratic behaviours and busy minded kids and adults that need help winding down. 

How to Use

Gently shake and mist 3-4 sprays into the air above your head and let the mist settle over you. Alternatively, mist 3-4 sprays in front of you and walk through the mist. Can also be used as a room mist to add the flower essence vibrations and beautiful scent to the space you are in.  Spray around the room and into any area that needs an energy shift. Wonderful for your living areas, bedrooms, car, offices, classrooms and workspaces. These mists work wonderfully in conjunction with taking the Mind-Full Pack blends

Due to the addition of the essential oils, these mists are very different to our flower essence blends so are NOT for oral use.
