Self Love Blend To help boost confidence, helps with shyness and public speaking. Helps kids be confident in new environments and new classes. Essential if your child has been a victim of bullying.
Focus Blend To help with clearer thoughts and staying on task. Give before school, homework, assignments and exams or any time you need help with paying attention
Help Blend For all manner of things - fear, worry, shock, sadness, grief. Give after any tantrums, nightmares, night waking or distress.
Slow Down Blend For helping soothe and settle, great for emotional support of scattered thinking and erratic behaviours and busy kids that need help winding down.
Dosage for ages 2 and up - 7 drops twice daily. Use 1-2 blends (the ones you think are most important at the time) in this way and then use the others on an 'as needed' basis.
Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!

Using this blend as a combination has been fantastic for my young kids. I use Calm at night to help with a restful sleep, and it’s been a game-changer—not just for them, but for me as well. I find I’m sleeping more soundly with fewer wake-ups during the night.

This was my second order of flower essences after a recommendation from my sister to try them. Looking to build my collection, I purchased this pack as a great combination of "all-round, seriously-can't-go-wrong-with-any-of-these" essences, with the hope of restoring inner balance in a general wellbeing sense, but also through specifically targeting these key areas for which I could very much use the extra support. I still can't put my finger on it, but there is a true feeling of support and self-care in using these essences. Consistency is key, and this is another excellent combination. Thank you!
