Protect Blend 

A protective flower essence blend to help people protect their own personal energy and space. Being an empath is a wonderful gift that makes you a very compassionate, understanding and supportive person but often to the point of your own debilitation. To put bluntly, being an empath can be exhausting, draining and can even be an obstacle to your own personal growth. 'Protect' is your brand new energy shield!

Courage Blend 

Helps to balance the solar plexus chakra and enhance self confidence, self esteem and self worth. It will also help you trust your own instincts more and increase discernment allowing decisions to be made faster and easier.

Let It Go Blend 

This flower essence blend is all about helping you let go of issues that are harming your relationship with yourself and others. Fantastic for any times of confusion, turmoil and disharmony in your life and relationships. Good for parent-child bonding issues or problems with your partner, family members or social circle. 

Take Protect and Let it Go blend twice daily (morning and night) and Courage on an as needed basis. Dose for ages 2 and up is 7 drops. 

Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!
