Ages 2 and up: 7 drops twice a day and whenever needed, especially before big events or busy days. Spritz the mist around you, your workspace or a new room. The mist is NOT for oral use.

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (they can even go in the fridge in summer) and try not to let the dropper touch the mouth, to keep your blends at their best.
