Teenager - for the adolescent and pre-teen years to assist with feelings surrounding changes and the effect these have. It assists with enhancing communication, the ability to cope with great changes and self-esteem.
Help - to help centre and bring you back to your body when your energy is scattered due to shock, panic, fear, distress and feeling upset
Let It Go -all about helping you let go of issues that are harming your relationship with yourself and others. Fantastic for any times of confusion, turmoil and disharmony in your life and relationships.
Focus - assists with clearer thoughts and staying on task when working, speaking, reading or studying or anything that requires your full attention. It balances the intuitive and cognitive processes and helps integrate ideas and information.
Use the two most important blends for your teen or tween at the time morning and night and use the other blends on an 'as needed' basis. They will take 7 drops of each blend.
Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!

I have two pre teen boys, and both jump at the chance to add drops to their water bottle each day. They love thinking about what they feel they need, (Focus blend is ALWAYS in there).
One has been getting bullied recently so the Help drops have been amazing. The other uses the Let it Go all the time to help calm the perfectionism in him.
I may take the eldest a glass of water in the afternoons with the Teenager drops to ensure a slightly calmer evening for everyone 😉

So, when we started to use this pack, life was again normal. Mr 12 is feeling all the feels of being 12.
It was clear to me that he was struggling with all of those feelings and needed some help to just be able to navigate through it all, he would get bored quickly and not engage easily, but once we started these drops he was more at ease and is more settled within himself.
We had bought a set for him and a different set for me and the Aus post driver messed up my delivery, so I had to call customer service to resolve the issue once I called the customer service officer and she asked me who the parcel was from and I told her the Naughty Naturopath Mum, she could not speak more highly of the products and said that I would never regret my purchase and she was 100% right.

Wow, I purchased this amazing blend for my teen daughter and all I can say is thank you. With the busyness of a teenagers life and mind, she found it very hard to focus at school and home. Her moodiness and the conflict was a constant battle. Since starting to take these blends she is able to regulate her moodiness and the conflict and her focus is so much better making it a little easy for everyone in the house. This pack is amazing I’ve had teachers ask what my daughter is doing different as she is concentrating a lot more and wanting to actually do school work. And we don’t fight as much in the afternoons I can definitely tell when she’s not on these blends that’s for sure. Big life changer.
