Sweet Dreams - A mist to help you or your child unwind for a more peaceful night and sweet dreams. Slows down racing thoughts and 'monkey mind' syndrome allowing you to relax and switch off. Mist around you, your child and the bedroom before bedtime or naptime. Can be sprayed onto the pillows and also used again if any waking in the night occurs. 

Tantrum Tamer - Stop tanties and meltdowns in their tracks with Tantrum Tamer! A mist for easing your little one out of a complete melt down (when you see the early warning signs!) and for yourself when feeling like you are about to have your own adult sized tanty! This mist soothes and reassures. Also use pre-emptively for emotions surrounding any separation difficulties between you and your child

Gently shake and mist 3-4 sprays into the air above your head and let the mist settle over you. Alternatively, mist 3-4 sprays in front of you and walk through the mist. Can also be used as a room mist to add the flower essence vibrations and beautiful scent to the space you are in.  Spray around the room and into any area that needs an energy shift. Wonderful for your living areas, bedrooms, car, offices, classrooms and workspaces. These mists work wonderfully in conjunction with taking the Sweet Tantrums Blends

Due to the addition of the essential oils, these mists are very different to our flower essence blends so are NOT for oral use.

Purified water, Australian neutral cane ethanol, plant based natural solubiliser, Australian wild flower essences of Orange Spiked Pea, Hybrid Pink Fairy Orchid, Purple Flag Flower, Fringed Lily Twiner, Cowslip Orchid and essential oils of Frankincense, Chamomile & Bergamot.
