This is the mist to use when wanting to slow down and relax the vibe of a room of yourself and others. Use this mist in any space or around you when there is too much rushing or feelings of overwhelm going on. Wonderful to use in your living spaces at the end of a busy day to reconnect with some peaceful energy or use in your work spaces to keep you travelling at a less rushed speed! Gently shake and mist 3-4 sprays into the air above your head and let the mist settle over you. Alternatively, mist 3-4 sprays in front of you and walk through the mist. Can also be used as a room mist to add the flower essence vibrations and beautiful scent to the space you are in. Spray around the room and into any area that needs an energy shift. Wonderful for your living areas, bedrooms, car, offices, classrooms and workspaces. Works wonderfully in conjunction with taking the Slow Down flower essence blend.
Due to the addition of the essential oils, these mists are very different to our flower essence blends so are NOT for oral use.
Although this mist contains very low levels of Clary Sage (>0.5% essential oil), always speak to your health care provider when pregnant and using Clary Sage.
