Ages 2 and up: 7 drops twice a day and whenever needed. Spritz the mist above your head and walk through it. The mist is NOT for oral use.

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (they can even go in the fridge in summer) and try not to let the dropper touch the mouth, to keep your blends at their best.
