Focus Mist To help with clearer thoughts and staying on task. Use before school, homework, assignments and exams or any time you need help to pay attention
Help Mist For all manner of things - fear, worry, shock, sadness, grief. Use after any tantrums, nightmares, night waking or distress.
Slow Down Mist For helping soothe and settle, great for emotional support of scattered thinking and erratic behaviours and busy kids that need help winding down.
Gently shake and mist 3-4 sprays into the air above your head and let the mist settle over you. Alternatively, mist 3-4 sprays in front of you and walk through the mist. Can also be used as a room mist to add the flower essence vibrations and beautiful scent to the space you are in. Spray around the room and into any area that needs an energy shift. Wonderful for your living areas, bedrooms, car, offices, classrooms and workspaces. These mists work wonderfully in conjunction with taking the School Pack Blends

My 8.5yo (autism/adhd, sleep disorder) highly spiritual kid since she was a baby, could never switch her brain off and doctors just gave her sleep meds as a solution.
