Fantastic mist

I hadn't bought this mist in a long time and wanted to create some healthy space between me and other people to support my sensitive nature when interacting either remotely or in person. What a difference it's made! I've been misting it around our house and with both my partner and I working from home, it's noticeably helped to create a little 'buffer' for me especially as I energetically absorb what's happening around me. One particular day my partner went and spoke with a colleague/friend instead of offloading onto me about some work stuff - which was great because I needed to be fully present with my own stuff and work at the time. It seems to work both ways so healthy for both of us but particularly for me as the highly sensitive one in our household. Thanks NNM!

Calming

Am really enjoying using my "Protect" mist. Use it in the car on the way to school. It is a great way to start the day for your kids and yourself! We all need "Protect" in our lives.

Eases separation fears.

I have been using this on myself and my children before we leave the house. I noticed a big difference in my daughters behaviour at kinder drop off; Normally there’s some clinging to me and “I want you to stay”... since using protect mist she has been much more confident to run off and play with the other kids!
