Let It Go: Fantastic for any times of confusion, turmoil and disharmony in your life and relationships. Good for parent-child bonding issues or problems with your partner, family members or social circle. This blend is all about helping you let go of issues that are harming your relationship with yourself and others.
Help: This flower essence blend can help centre and bring you back to your body when your energy is scattered due to shock, panic, fear and distress. This blend is also the one to take to support you during times of any grief or sadness.
Take 7 drops of Female and Let it Go twice daily and use Help on an 'as needed' basis when feeling upset.
Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)

The first time I chose to take “Let it go” for my main in the morning and at night. Within five minutes of the first dose, I could feel a white noise in what felt like 80% of my brain. It was where most of the negative self talk and complaining used to be! The effect wore down over the day, but did not leave. The next dose brought the feeling back again. I took it day and night for a few weeks, there was a few negative emotions that arose during this time as part of the healing. I didn’t quite understand this part until I read an email from the team today.
I took the female drops during my period, and found all the edges smoothed off my experience.

My boys love the taste they think it fun counting. I think I’ve notice a change taking the female I feel less anxious and relaxed and my son seems more at ease.
