The Chillax Pack is the pack you need if you're after a bit more chill in your life! It contains the three blends that the whole family can turn to in times of trouble and feeling unsettled. Together they create the emotional support toolkit during times of fear, overwhelm and uncertainty.

Help Blend To help you feel more centred and bring you back into your body when your energy is scattered due to shock, panic, fear, distress.
Slow Down Blend For helping soothe and settle, reducing overwhelm, scattered thinking and 'monkey mind' syndrome and when needing help winding down.
Grounding Blend Assists with helping you feel back in your body, making clearer decisions, feeling more stable and centred as well as feeling more grounded and safe.
Take 7 drops twice daily for ages 2 and up. Take Grounding and Slow Down blend morning and night and Help blend on an 'as needed' basis.
Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!

Slow Down

I am a flower essence practitioner myself having trained under one of Australia’s best in in FES, Alaskan, Australian Bush and Desert Alchemy. However, that was many moons ago and I now work in the busy evidence-based sector in public health nutrition as a nutritionist.

I've been using your products for a week now and omg!
I'm a counselor by trade and since the beginning of the year, work and personal life has been full on and thanks to Covid everything had just become super stressful.. I'm also trying to organize my wedding for this year and with all these uncertainties, I don't know if it's even going ahead.. so you can imagine the stress.. due to all these, I've started to feel overwhelmed and couldn't slow down my brain for a sec and make it stop thinking..
