If you are new to using flower essences and you don't know where to start....why not try the two most tried and tested flower essence blends that are a massive help in every household? Help blend can help centre and bring you back to your body when your energy is scattered due to shock, panic, fear and distress. It can be taken as often as needed and at 10 minute intervals until strength and calm is restored.
Slow Down blend helps people who are always over committed with no time for themselves. Great for feelings of impatience, rushing, worry, mind chatter, irritability and scattered, erratic type behaviour. Positive outcome for taking this blend is relaxation, more clarity, calm and peace.
Help - Great for night waking, nightmares, night terrors, fear, after accidents etc. It helps the whole family and when giving it to children, make sure you take some at the same time because children are very sensitive to the energies of their parents, and it helps to soothe everyone at the same time.
Slow Down - Great for scattered and erratic behaviour, helps to settle them down and allow them to unwind after stimulating activities. Great before and after birthday parties, before school, play dates, meeting new people or whenever they need to have some chill out time!
Dosage for ages 2 and up - 7 drops twice daily and/or as needed. Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!

I purchase these and other drops and mists for my granddaughter and myself. Prescription medication had adverse effects on her, but she is doing well using some of these products.

I got these blends as abit of a skeptic but have been thinking about trying something new for awhile. I suffer from a chronic overactive mind and these blends have really helped me in times of need especially while at work.

I have two 10 year old girls who are going through pre teen hormones at the moment, one is constantly having emotional meltdowns and the other is like a bull at a gate and also has emotional (anger) meltdowns. We received our beginners pack right in the middle of the holidays and buying and selling our home! I have three children and we introduced them straight away and although we have only trialled them for a week, I feel a shift happening and 'Help' has been particularly good for my sons sleep walking and night terrors.
