Want a night full of sweet dreams? This is a flower essence blend to help you or your child unwind for a more peaceful night. Slows down racing thoughts and 'monkey mind' syndrome allowing you to relax and switch off. Can be used in the afternoon and again before bedtime and if any waking in the night occurs.

Sometimes it's a struggle to get kids to 'calm down and unwind' at night, with so much activity and learning during the day, children don't know how to commence the process of relaxing at night as their brain is still switched on. Sweet Dreams drops will assist with relaxing and switching off prior to bedtime.
Works wonderfully in conjunction with using the Sweet Dreams Mist.
Dosage for ages 2 and up - 7 drops in the late afternoon and again just before bedtime (or nap time). Can also be used when waking in the night.
Blends can also be used in beverages and drink bottles (7 drops still) and you can use 20 drops per full sized bath for an auric cleanse (cleansing your outer energy layers, similar therapy as using our room and body mists)
Please store blends away from direct light and heat (can even go in the fridge in the Summer!) and try not to let the dropper come in contact with saliva to help keep your blends at their best!
Vibrational infusion of water and flowers: Brown Boronia, Hops Bush, Yellow Boronia, Golden Waitsia, Happy Wanderer, Australian neutral cane ethanol (trace amount as preservative).
As part of my daughter's bedtime routine, this is a MUST HAVE!!! We have doubled up with the sleep time mist, and it's been so nice at bedtime now. She is calm and ready for bed without the push back and drama of bedtime. Forever thankful.

I buy these as well as the mist for my granddaughter so her mother can get a peaceful nights sleep. My daughter reports that they work really well and is over the moon with the results. Other blends Self Love , Help, Energy and the Teenage Blend are also used in the home during the day for this young lass who has just started High School. My granddaughter has Autism and is overwhelmed by the whole experience of the new school which is huge and the massive amount of other students who for the most part are strangers. One of the blends goes in her water bottle for school. My daughter swears by all your blends that my granddaughter uses. By the way my granddaughter happily takes them.

Both my children have used this blend on and off for many years. They are 11 and 10 now and we keep coming back to it as I feel they need it and it works instantly. My children sleep well (now) but they sometimes had difficulty getting to sleep. I give them the drops after dinner before we start out bedtime routine and by bedtime, they find it easier to fall asleep.
