Sweet Dreams -Slows down racing thoughts and 'monkey mind' syndrome allowing you to relax and switch off. Can be used before bedtime and if any waking in the night occurs.
Focus - assists with clearer thoughts and staying on task when working, speaking, reading or studying or anything that requires your full attention. It balances the intuitive and cognitive processes and helps integrate ideas and information.
