Week Two
Instead of trying to “think” your way out of big emotions, this week focuses on simple, realistic ways to regulate your nervous system — even on hard days. No perfection required, just support.

Boundaries, Capacity & Letting Go of Supermum
Week Three
You don’t need better time management — you need realistic capacity.
This week helps you understand why you’re exhausted, why saying no feels so hard, and how doing less can actually create more ease and connection. Boundaries become protection, not failure.

Parenting Through Connection
Week Four

When will the live chats be held?
Our Club chats will be held on Thursday evening at 7:30pm QLD time.
What that looks like everywhere:

What are flower essences, exactly?
Flower essences are gentle natural remedies made from the energetic imprint of flowers in water. They don’t work on a physical or chemical level like essential oils or herbs - instead, they help balance your emotions and energy. Think of them as emotional vitamins: subtle, supportive, and safe for everyone (even kids and pets!).
Each essence carries a different energetic message - like calm, confidence, patience, or joy - and when taken regularly, they help bring your emotional state back into harmony.
Alisha has been creating blends for over a decade, using specific combinations to support things like overwhelm, stress, exhaustion, and self-doubt - so you get exactly what your nervous system needs right now.
I’ve never done anything like this. Will I fit in?
Absolutely. This course is made for real mums - the kind who forget their coffee in the microwave three times before finishing it. No prior “woo-woo” experience required. Just curiosity and a desire to feel a little better.
How much time will it take each week?
About 15 minutes to read your weekly email, plus a 60-minute live group call if you choose to attend. Everything is recorded, so you can watch later with a cuppa (or a wine).
What if I can’t make the live calls?
No stress! All calls are recorded and emailed out, so you can catch up anytime.
Do I need to know anything about flower essences before starting?
Not at all. You’ll learn as you go - and your blend will come with simple instructions on how and when to take it.
What if I change my mind after signing up?
If you’re not feeling it after the first week, just let us know - we’ll refund you (minus the cost of your custom blend). No guilt trips, promise.
When does it start?
The first round begins February 17 2026 - right when you’re ready for a fresh start (and a break from being everyone else’s emotional life raft).
