Calm Kids Pack

Better value than buying the four separately.

Big feelings, bedtime battles, the frightened moments and the kids who just won't stop. This pack covers so much of everyday family life, and it's our best-selling pack for a reason.

These are my ride-or-dies. I think they'll become yours too.

• Sweet Dreams – for busy little minds that won't switch off at bedtime. Easier evenings, and a slightly saner one for you too.
• Tantrum Tamer – for the build-up you can feel coming, the big release, and everything in between. Soothing and reassuring, and lovely for tender feelings around drop-offs and separation.
• Help – for the moments that knock them sideways: fear, worry, sadness, bad dreams, or a shock to their little world.
• Slow Down – for the kids who go a million miles an hour and don't know how to stop. For big days, busy heads and shifting gears.

Ages 2 and up: choose the 1–2 blends that feel most needed right now and use 7 drops twice a day. Use the others as needed. Pop 7 drops into a drink bottle, or 20 drops into a full bath as a calming ritual.

Please store blends away from direct light and heat (they can even go in the fridge in summer) and try not to let the dropper touch the mouth, to keep your blends at their best.

The Calm Kids Mist Pack has the same four as room and pillow mists.
