Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Naughty Naturopath Mum & Leina & Fleur and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter. By submitting an entry, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter this giveaway, participants must:

- complete the entry form

- tell us in 30 words or how a $500 Wild Flower Essence voucher would help you and/or your family

- This competition starts on Sunday, 23rd October 2022 and closes on Sunday 30th October 2022. 

- The winner will be notified via email Tuesday 1st November 2022.

- This is a game of a skill and judges will choose a winner based on their creativity in their entry. 

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Any personal data collected will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they may incur in entering or winning the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.

All information required and collected in this competition, including information received by signing up to our newsletter, is the property of: Naughty Naturopath Pty Ltd whose registered office is 13/16 Metroplex Avenue Murarrie QLD.

Winners will be notified via email with details of how to claim their prize. We will not contact you through any other channel.
